Bitsy digs the beat

On Friday morning, Bradford music service came into school and gave a concert. It was fantastic fun.

Bitsy really enjoyed the themes from TV programmes and films - Her favourite was 'Born to be wild' and she couldn't resist getting up and joining in on the cymbals. Alien Dave was there too, but stayed at the back because the noise was a bit much for him.

  2. How great that you had live music to listen to Bitsy! Would you like to learn to play an instrument? Which one?

It was really good. It was reallly good to see how to play the instruments and how they knew how to play the tunes.

  5. My family have a long association with famous musicians. Great Uncle Boris lived in Liberace's closet for a while but found the sequins a bit itchy. My cousin Archie had a web in the Cavern Club in Liverpool and knew all the stars - the beatles, Buddy Holly and the Crickets, and The Animals. Unfortunately, Cilla Black squashed him in the cloakroom one day in her winklepickers.
